The ABS light comes on once in a while when I am driving my 99 Windstar, especialy if I hit a big bump. It usualy goes back out in a short while, and ALWAYS if I turn the van off and back on. I checked the brake fluid level and it is good. Any ideas??

The ABS light is supposed to come on when you turn your van on or off. This is so that you can see that the light works. The light doesn't go off until the computers have checked the basic operation of the sensors and computers.
The light going on after a big bump is normal, as well. When there is big bump, the wheel speed can change suddenly, more or less confusing the system. The light goes on and then goes out after the computer has verified everything is working normally.
Nothing to worry about. Your ABS brakes are working properly.
