have a 88 taurus,if you drive it a long time and get it hot.it shoots out trans fluid,out the tougue converter seal .Let it set over nite and it don't leak .only leaks on a long drive .Is it the seal or something in the trans .If seal was bad wouldn't it leak all the time?please email me if you have any input on this

holy s*it, thats a jacked up trannie, sorry no idea what causes that
Check the vent at the top of the trans. If it is restricted, excess pressure will build in the trans and push fluid out.
