Possible blown headgasket. If there is coolant coming from the muffler and white smoke coming out of muffler as well, is that a sign of a blown headgasket?

That or a cracked head or block and possibly a bad intake manifold gasket too. If gasket is blown it is usually from overheating and if engine has been hot recently, you likely have a bad/warped head and blown gasket.
I'm guessing you have the 3.8, right?
