Hey Toyota, have you consider changing your name?

Proud of filthy, stinking, criminal infested subways? WHat have YOU been smoking?

US Route 1 goes through New York State, partially along the alignment of old NY 1. And comprehensive public transportation is pretty much limited to four of the five boroughs of the city; Westchester County has trains to get you into the city but getting around the county means you pretty much need a car. Rockland County has one train line. And then there's the whole rest of the state, which is rather large (for the east coast, anyway). And there's no shortage of cars in the city.

The problem with socialism is there's always someone with less ability and more need. _______________________________________________________________________________

Marx's maxim, "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" falls apart quickly when people suddenly and mysteriously lose all their "abilities" and jack up their "needs" in the face of free goods or services. The takers outpace the givers in no time flat.

Every major city in the world have such subway or public transportation system, perhaps with less crime. Only the south with its urban sprawls feels proud of living in the boondocks and driving SUVs.

Which is a good reason to dismantle government and give it back to the people.

They do enjoy such a comfy lifestyle.
