The LEMONAID book in Canada says the 2001 's had a hidden warantee for the steering. My 2002 started leaking from the center of the metal cylinder - unbelieveable - i had it fixed privately but would think the 2002 may have a hidden warantee also . Havent had time to persue with ford yet
