Remove the glove box. Under the dash on the Right side, remove the cardboard cover. There are several black plastic screws holding this in place. Remove the lower half of the black plastic cover ( 4 small screws). with the heater hoses unattached, the heater core will just slip out. There are no clamps or screws holding the core in place, only the support of the black cover.
