SeatBelts for 97 Ford Clubwagon (Changing 8pass to 12pass)

Hi,

I have had a new bench seat (4pass) installed in the back of my 97 Clubwagon to convert it to a 12 passenger van. The work was performed at a Mobility Company who installed the shoulder harness seatbelts too, but they put the wrong seatbelts in. After trying to get them to at least look at the seatbelts to convince them (the tag read 3passenger bench 3rd row) they were wrong, they would not consider that they had made a mistake. My credit card company helped get my money back for the seat belts and I returned that hardware, keeping the seats, back to the company. Now, I need to order the

4th row, 4 passenger belts in charcoal gray, but I don't know where to get them. Ford wants approximately 110.00 and 120.00 bucks apiece. The ones that were in there were billed at 65.00 each, they were aftermarket, but they appeared to be the same as Ford without a Ford label/stamp.

Where can I get these seatbelts? My van has all the mounting stations except for where the belt may have to mount to the floor behind the seat. There are two holes covered with tape and paint that appear to be the proper place to bolt them down. The mobility company screwed buckles in to the sides of the seat where their seatbelts clipped in without attaching to the floor. I think that was possible because they were using belts for the row that even in my van have the same buckles. It would be nice if they actually attached there. I did get some steel plates for bolting to the floor (U-Haul had plates that are for hitches adding strength to the frame, there are no nuts welded beneath the holes in the floorboards. There are nuts for attaching the belts at all the other locations).

Can anyone help me with this and let me know what the best direction is here. Thank you all very much.

go to youor Ford dealer. look in the factory manual, then order all the parts from them

not cheap, but a lot cheaper than a law-suit should someone be injured or killed because you tried to do it 'economically'
