Careful. It's easy to get embarrassed by a SC'd Regal.
I had a friend who dropped a V6 in his Bug, too.
Mustang with a V6 is a classic chic car.

The SC'd Regal is OEM straight from the factory. Quick too.
In a straight line I guess. FWD GM cars are terrible to actually drive, though. Way too much power and weight up front.
hey guy....peel back the years....when the mustang was INTRODUCED it was equipped from the factory...no option...only one configuration Inline 6cyl
200 ci,115 horse power....bench seat, 3 speed on the floor...and primarily for the female college student....1964 1/2 model...(1965) not until 1966 model year 260 ci V-8 (289) predecessor....late 1966 Shelby GT350 289 ci V-8.....hi-perf motor....306 horse I think......but a real bone shaker....lowered suspension...stiff shocks...mega roll bar....NO BACK SEAT....aluminum floor pan in the rear....carpet was a luxury on this monster.....SCCA legal right off the show room floor......pop the hubcaps...put on a set of lucas driving light's (if ya didn't get 'em on the car when ya bought it) and go kill corvettes...or pop the hub caps...go to your local drag strip.....drop the tire pressure to about 11 or 12 psi and cut some 13 second quarters...then go to sears and buy some rear tires cuz ya just burnt the origionals bald.....awesome car the GT 350....0-60...3.2 seconds.....100 - 0....5 seconds......250 feet......my kind of car....That's a real laugh....I bought my son a harley davidson motorcycle for his
21 st birthday...even went to the key shop and got a real key "cut" for it....moved both of my cars, opened the bag...set the toy on the floor of the carport....woke the kid up tossed him the key said "happy birthday"...ya should seen the look on his face till he opened the door to the carport....he hasn't forgiven me yet and he's gonna be 26 this year....GO FOR IT... the expression on the face will last ya at least 2 nights of sleeping on the couch...HOT WHEELS RULE.....the paupers new car dealership....
