I had a problem with my 99 F250 PSD I took it to the Car Wash and later that day the Horn became stuck on. With that the Airbag Light came on. I could only get the horn to go off if I shut the truck off and opened the door. So I had to pull the horn fuse to get it to stop blowing. The airbag light remained lit.
I am told that there is a coil or Clock spring behind the Airbag that could have gone bad causing the Horn circuit to short.
But 2 days later(today) I do not get the Airbag light on anymore. And after replacing the fuse the horn works normally.
Could water from the car wash had caused a problem other than the Coil Clock Spring? Just wondering if I need to get it checked out at the dealership.
