Can anyone recommend a dealer, salvage, or ? for locating a late model F250 long-bed (2002)?

Try the truck trader. You may need to follow it for a month or two, but they generally turn up for $800-$1500.
Check your local truck equip joint. They take off standard beds a lot of times and install flat beds or utility boxes.
