Another lazy question - before I buy some small speakers to go in the top of my door panels, does anyone know if they're 5", or
I was gonna suggest a few layers of dynamat but if you're getting speakers at wal-mart, all is lost.

HEy - dynamat is pretty expensive stuff - there's a generic equivalent, the people @ rec.auto.vw.ac (ramva) know the name...driving an '82 pickup shows I'm lost...
