I have a '95 Ranger with the 3.0 engine. The check engine light came on and I borrowed a scan tool from the local autoparts store. The codes are po302, #2 cylinder misfire and po353 ignition coil C secondary circuit malfunction. I already replaced the plugs so it seems fairly obvious that wires then coil come next. But does anyone have any experience or advice on this problem before I drop $175 bones on coil and wires?
