As I'm ready to purchase a new EXPY, I've noticed that the wheels are really

Don't sweat it. They all get dirty. The spray on, rinse off wheel cleaners do a pretty good job all by themselves. Add a sponge or a soft brush and some elbow grease and they work really good.

I spray on the wheel cleaner and then use one of those terry mittens to go over the curves and cutouts. Takes a couple of minutes a wheel if done every month so it's not set hard.
