Well the Best Biggest Improvement you can make is a Supercharger. The

Dude's looking for cheap power. All he's got to do is knock out the front and back glass for less resistance and get rid of the added weight of the brake system, jump in and floor it. Or as Red suggested, shove it off a cliff.
