On My 2002 Mountaineer AWD: During moderately sharp turns in parking lots the inside rear tire spins and when backing up and turning sharp it feels as if the brakes are on. I have had all the bearings in the rear end changed (by an independent shop) and the problem is is still the same. They have tryed the new additive from Ford to no help. It is like the limited slip is not slipping.

Find a new shop. Rear differentials are too simple for them to be struggling figuring this out. Best bet if you want to go to an independant shop is to find a driveline shop to take a look. Look for a place that does work on trucks and clutch, driveshaft. A good 4x4 shop. Most likely either the clutch pack is preloaded too much, or something has come apart in there. If they replaced all the bearings, the should have noticed that, so it makes me wonder if they did change any bearings.
As someone else metioned, if you feel that the shop you brought it to did a good job and is likely to have done their job right, the other item that could cause this is a brake dragging. Check the rear brakes.
