my oil lite and gauge info reading are being weird and it seems like the wire is loose. (the lite comes on, the gauge info scrolls either down to 0 or up to various reading 130 psi max). there is plenty of oil so
io took a quick look in the engine compartment but dont see the sending unit. where can i find the oil sending unit to check the wire?

It should be by the oil filter. Round can looking thing. It will hard to see but fairly easy to get to.
i replaced the oil pressure sending unit today and things seem to be back to normal. the wrench is the metric equivilant of 1 1/16" and is best reached with the oil filter removed. the read out goes up to
62-72# and the lite is out. time will tell.thanks for the info. peter
