1998 olds intrigue all 4 power windows stopped working

The other day all 4 power windows on my 1998 olds intrigue stopped functioning. Could this be due to a relay problem or a bad connection somewhere?

It could be the wire that powers the switches. Also the power windows are on a circuit breaker, could the circuit breaker be bad?
