My 97 Olds trans slips only going up long steep hills, in high gear. It has
97 k on it now. The Transmission shop says its the torque converter, and he can fix it for $600. Or he can redo the whole trans for $1400. Anybody have any good advice or experience on this subject? Thanks- posted
