fuel pressure

I have a 97 Chev Monte Carlo LS 3100 SFI V-6 , Does anyone know what the fuel pressure should be for this car. I put a Gauge on to test but don't have the imfo on this car,With key turned on i have 12 Psi, When running i have 36 Psi. I would appreciate any help on this, Thanks
