As I recall a code 15 is a coolant sensor. Can any one confirm that?

As I recall a code 15 is a coolant sensor. Can any one confirm that?
Yes - temperature reading too low (resistance too high). Could potentially be due to broken wiring or the sensor just being unplugged..
