What difficulties is there is changing a water pump on '97 Cavalier Z24?

Looks like plenty, unfortunately - you have to take the exhaust manifold off, then take off the timing chain cover, and then take out the timing chain tensioner before you can remove the water pump, and then reinstall same afterwards..
