Carburated 89 accord. Starts and runs fine for a few minutes, then idle goes up to about 3000rpm and stays there. I've checked for vacuum leaks and there doesn't seem to be any. There's some kind of solenoid behind the carb. Could that have something to do with it? Thanks.
