Asking for legal advice on the internet is only slightly dumber than not taking a broken car to the shop for repairs.

Besides, you haven't made enough of an effort to get it fixed for a lemon law to be applicable. It might not be a bad idea to contact Hyundai directly to see if this type of problem has been reported before. It's possible that they can give your dealer some guidance.
