I HAVE A W REG HYUNDAI ACCENT.THERE IS NO WARM AIR COMING INTO CAR, BUT ALL THE AIR VENTILATION WORKS.

Sucks to be you. Especially if you're in a cooler climate.
But thank you all the same for the informative post. It's always interesting to see what other people have out there.
Assuming you want warm air check the cooling system - it sounds like you are low on coolant or it is not circulating. Neither of those conditions is good for the engine.
;-)
It may also be a thermostat that's stuck in the open position. Replace it.
