First problem with a '01 LSE Rodeo, V6, auto., since new.
First notch on wiper stalk is for intermittent and it lets the wiper start about half an inch, the stops, doesn't matte where the adjustable ring is set. 2 other speed work fine........except the wipers when turned off will stop, but will not return to the down position.....just stop where they happen to be at the moment.
Any ideas where to start?
