Picked up an 86 troop 4zd1 w blown motor Girl said she had put a rebuilt motor from an eng rebuilder in five months ago but during install they(friends) couldn't get complete seal in front (main?) or? so she checked it regularly and all was well aside from minor additions of oil then it apparently blew on freeway after somehow developing bigger leak unbenounced to her. My question is ... In a case like this what is usually salvageable?...what damaged worst, besides her check book.
