It seems the sensor in the radiator is broken. You'll find it following the wiring from the fan. Should be easy to replace. Kind regards, Erik-Jan.
Thanks for feedback. Found it at neck where Thermostat enters engine body. 1988 I-Mark with 130K miles. Parts are tough to find. Thanks for the reply..Don
