About a week ago I noticed that I was unable to turn the cool knob to anything that remotely resembles cool. When I do, it just snaps back to the heat. Any ideas what I can do about this? I live in S Louisiana and its starting to get hot! I like to work on my car myself, but typically its after I can diagnose a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
