I need an owners manual for my 98 grand cherokee 4.0 limited. I need some advice on how to set the memory seats, the computer and the cruise.

You might want to pick up a Factory Service Manual while there, it can pay for itself very quickly.
Well, since nobody else has chimed in, those are available from your Jeep dealer. They may have to order it and may charge you a few $$. Mine (92 Cherokee) was free even though they had to order it.
