Bad news: I had to get a new battery. It had a date of Aug 01. The new Exide 78DT-84N is 1100 amp hours with a date of Mar 06.

....well, I tried to go topless today, but the wife wouldn't let me out of the house. She said people might vomit.

I only took off half my top today, but I stayed in the garage so that I wouldn't frighten the wildlife.

Yep. Right now I have the cheap besttop seat covers. works pretty well. had them for a couple of years. they are tearing slightly on the sides, but its no big deal. they look ok. in another year or so I hope to just replace the seats with the harness style ones anyway.
