68 Commando with the 'Original Willys 4 cyl engine and fas switch'? Uh yuh.

As far as I know, didn't all these have Buick/Kaiser 225 V6s in them? I know my 67 does. Never heard of an 'original' 4 banger Commando.

Cheers, - JJ

According to the book, "Jeep The Unstoppable Legend," The second generation Jeepster/Commando was released in January 1967 with the

134-cid F-Head "Go-Devil" four cylinder engine. The Buick designed 225-cid OHV "Dauntless" V-6 was a $194 option. The book stated that most buyers opted for the V-6. That's probably why you think they all came with them.
