Apparently the selectrac is not an option nor is there any possibility for a conversion, unless it is a custom job.

The Selectrac could be swapped into a Wrangler Unlimited because of the Unlimited's longer wheelbase. The standard Wrangler's shorter wheelbase made that same swap nearly impossible because it would cause drivetrain vibrations because it has such a short driveshaft already. Oh, the Selectrac is longer than the standard Commandtrac transfer case so there really wasn't enough room for it without making the already short Wrangler's driveshaft even shorter... not a viable thing to do.

The Unlimited's longer driveshaft length could handle the longer Selectrac without any problem. Don't forget though that the Selectrac transfer case is not quite as strong as the standard Commandtrac transfer case is.

The input shaft is likely different but it likely could be swapped to match whatever transmission will be sitting in front of it.
