disco 1 rear drive shaft?

I have a new flex coupler to install but the rubber guide bushing at the end of the shaft is stuck. can anyone tell me how to get that out of the shaft and put the new in? I have the shaft out now can I get a puller or does it need to be pressed? Thanks Peter

Thanks for all the help? I didnt have a puller so I reused the original. Its pretty small (thats what she said) maybe a dent puller or seal puller would have worked.
