03 Freelander, right stop lamp in the lower bumper not working. The bulb burns when you hit the brakes, but not when burning at 'dim' (lights are on). All other lights are functional. Replaced bulbs and fuses, checked for a short, no luck! Can't figure it out.. Any suggestions?
