I ordered a new Strop, Tow Rope and four Bow Shackles on Friday, within twenty minutes got the telephone call that they wouldn't be shipped until Monday, agreed it was OK, and they just arrived. Exactly as ordered and promised.No more needs saying or wishing for, except thanks and well done for decent, honest service .. ;)
