Help

I am in dire need of some online reference material showing why a J##p cannot out perform a Landie. My daughters boyfriend constantly gives me hassle and I would dearly love to shove it up his ... nose.

Thanks.

Out-perform where?

On road, the Jeep would probably walk all over the Landie.

Off-road, it may be a different matter.

(we are talking standard vehicles, of course).

Thanks.

mdw vaguely muttered something like ...

Go for a drive off-road (or indeed on-road, based upon my bro-in-laws Jeeps) in his Jeep, and with someone in an equivalent spec Landrover ...

I'm not even sure of this - the last couple of Jeeps I've driven have been *very* wallowy on the road - more comfortable than a Series, but

*way* more scary, probably in the same category as a Disco without swaybars and running on seriously underinflated tyres.

There's plenty of Jeeps around here, and you hardly ever see them off road - there's got to be a reason, and it's probably ability.

Tell him go buy a 40 year old jeep and ask himself the same question again.
