Oi Lee! - Did I cause this nice weather? :)

It only snows when my 2A is broken....

Using the same logic - because it passed its MOT first try and is now on the road did it trigger this warm and dry spell we seem to be having?

I cant believe that under 2 weeks ago it was cold and trying to snow and then yesterday it was warm enough to sit out in a beer garden wearing shorts!

I drove half an hour north on Monday, when I left my house it was nice and sunny and I didn't bother with a coat, and it stayed sunny all the way. On the way however I passed cars covered in frost and even a light dusting of snow! Despite this everyone I spoke to was saying how warm it was despite the dusting of frost everywhere.

Yeah Global warming Tom :-) You have tipped the balance now.

Today for instance I got in the RR and drove to Stafford at 0700. -2.5 deg C on the display.

On the return trip lunch time 14.5 deg C. Been for a nice stroll around Trentham Gardens and Baby_D demonstrated that the wheels on his pushchair aren't self cleaning treads.... which is about as much off roading as Trentham Gardens sees these days. Tragic!

Snow shovel is in the 110 ready, I can feel it in me bones. Was around this time last year we had 2 or 3 days of snow sufficient to close the school for a day.

Got another day trip planned tomorrow so it should piss down by all accounts.

Its been clear - so it could suddenly turn...

Got an electrical issue in the 2A which means none of the dash works properly (save the charge light!), and nor do some of the other leccy bits. Its not immobilized yet though - but perhaps the possibility that it could be will sway the weather in your favour? ;)

Sounds like an earth problem then. Did you rewire the 2A?

Where are my gloves??? :-)

We always, thats killed it for this year. Oh, no I tell a lie we didn't get any at the end of Feb 03, just 5" on the 3rd and another inch on each of the 4th and 5th. But apart from that since 2001 we have hada goodly dollup in the last fortnight of Feb. anything from just 3" (2006) to 3' (2005).

Naw, more of the same clear skies and wall to wall sunshine. Unless you are trapped in a fog layer under the rather persistent temperature inversion we have ATM. This is very likely to be the weather pattern right through into next week. There is an area of high pressure over the near continent keeping the Atlantic depressions well away north of Iceland. This high pressure is slowly slipping SE. When it finally moves away will be when the weather here becomes interesting again.

Not with a 2.25. You need a V8 to produce heat like this.
