OT - help with a price in Glasses Guide please

On a business trip to Manchester on Wednesday my Volvo 940 estate became the jam in a three car sandwich.

The car in front stopped, I stopped, the one behind me pushed me into the one in front and the force was such that he went into a lorry.

So, my Volvo was badly damaged with the estate floor pushed up, rear quarter pushed out a crease in the roof and neither the front nor rear4 passenger doors close properly! As this is a 1991 car, I am confident that it will be written off.

What I am after, does anyone have a recent Glasses guide so that they can give me the "book price", so I know how much to aim for when I get the offer from the insurance company (as they are bound to offer well below book initially).

It is a 1991 (H) Volvo 940SE estate 2.0l petrol automatic, 100,00 miles in good condition.

Fortunately Reggie was tucked up safely at home, but working more again with the Volvo out of action!

Cheers

Peter

May be an idea to go to fleabay there are a few on there and print out the relevent ones as a 'real world ' bargaining chip. There is at least one optomistic soul on there with a semi-outrageous pricesee #220072320905 cant hurt can it?

And use the completed auctions option, to see what they actually=20 fetched rather than what someone considers what they want.

Again it won't be particularly spectacular, but at least it will be real=20 world, and auction fever may have taken over.
