Series 3 emergency brake adjustment

:-) I went green-laning (Walna Scar) just before it closed - at one point I looked behind me to see my friend running down the hill chasing his SIII 109, hanging onto the door for dear life trying to jump in - fortunately he did and stopped it - but a bit further and it would have been over the edge and down a *very* steep hill into oblivion. Needless to say he hadn't set his handbrake up properly, 'tho he managed to fix it within 10 minutes after having stopped further up on a flat bit! In the same vein, I overheated the hand brake on my P38 on the same trip and lost all braking control with it - bit scary at the time given the situation I was in, but that's another story!
