My screen goes blank and the radio goes off for about a second or two and then the screen resets to the "LEXUS" screen when about 2/3 of the way finished "searching" for a route. It is a hard disk system and dealers have no way of trouble shooting since they don't have spares on hand. Will the new version of the HD fix the problem? All other options work fine. Thanks.
