Does anyone know of a manual or instruction set available which describes the programming sequences to turn on/off certain functions ( smart key features, lights, nav system features, etc) on the 2004 LS430 other than the dealer. Thanks in advance.

I have a slightly outdated version of this info (it's for a 2001 model) but you can't do it yourself. It's done through the databus connector under the dash using Lexus' unique handheld diagnotic unit. It only takes a minute or two to change the car's programming and the dealer shouldn't charge you much to do it.
