Well I just got a response from the guys in Calif that they are no longer doing my year clusters.
Any idea as to where I can get it reconditioned?

Try googling "lexus instrument repair"
lextech.org (no affiliation with me) redid my '93 ES300 and did a decent job. I had a warranty issue with the tach needle and a problem getting it returned (due to FedEx negligence), but otherwise it was a good deal.
