You ask WHY one would want to keep his car clean??? At the very least, a sense of pride, cleanliness, promoting longevity to the vehicles appearance etc. I will suppose that one does shower, shave and put on clean socks and underwear on a daily basis too..... Some people just go to more extremes than others.
