Does anyone have any info on the long-term reliability of hybrids. Any brand. How about the batteries? Thanks Bob

batteries are lasting 5 years in the uk

That is gonna be expensive for Toyota since they have an 8 year, 100K mile warranty on them.

In Japan they are going on 200,000+ km without issue. However, just so you know, take the best hybrid and put it next to a Corolla and the gas savings are just not worth the price. You dont even break even for 5 plus years.
