How hard is it and how do you replace the o2 sensor on a lx470?
My check engine light went on and I took it to Autozone. The code given sated my O2 sensor was bad.

This is Turtle.
I'm not up on the LX-470 Cars but 99% of all O2 sencers are on the exhaust pipe
1 foot after the two pipes come together and before the converter. It will be sticking straight up and hard to see.Now if you really wanted to know. You can go down to your local library and get a copy of Clinton's Car repair guide or they may have other type of guide books and also explain how to change it. Most all Library's will have these car repair books on hand for people to make rences on thier car and trucks .
My Local Library has the books on my LS-400 and all the Lexus cars and my city is pop. of 8,000 people and not a big city at all.
