Just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that there is an old Mk1 or 2 Escort going for scrap. (Am in the Kent area)
Looking into building a caterham kind of sports car for the road from scrap and need a few parts from an old escort.
Any help appreciated...

uk.rec.cars.kit-car would be a start :P.
I looked into building a Locost a while ago, but the lack of any welding ability / cash put me off. There are designs about where you use bits of Sierra, which should be a lot easier to find. There's plenty of info on the net if you look.
