BMW 525 TDS (1994 L Reg)



Difficult to start from Cold



New Glow Plugs fitted



The odd thing is change the Fuel Filter and all perfect for 3 x weeks then problem re occurs, Change the filter again and all ok for another 3 x weeks, No Contamination in the fuel or filter.



Any Ideas

just had this on a vectra, turned out to be the spill pipes from the injectors were cracked and drawing air. (they feed into the suction side of the pump)
