Hello, I need the pin connections (pin numbers, signal names or a wiring diagram) for a Bosch Motronic 7.4.4. ECU Can anyone help ? I'm trying to diagnose a fan control problem, and it's almost impossible without this data!

What application- they dont all use the same pinouts!!

I wonder if your vehicle is a Saxo 1.1 litre with an ECU of part number 0
261 206 246 by any chance. If this is the case then there is a known problem with these ECUs. If you write down all the other numbers off the silver label on the unit and contact ATP at the contact numbers below they can tell you if yours is one of the affected versions and can supply a modified ECU without the fan control problem. I foolishly assumed that all M 7.4.4.would use the same pinout! My ECU Bosch code 261 206 861 in a yr 2000 model Pug 306 1.6. Not many pugs seem to use this ECU. Interesting to read comments from Mike in posting below noting that there is a known problem with this box as used on the Saxo. I wonder if mine suffers from the same problem ? As it happens, I have taken out the ECU, cleaned a few contacts here and there (sensors etc), and the problem has vanished- Gor the moment! But I'd still really like to know the pinout to help diagnose any faults in the future.
