Generally, not difficult. Not familiar with Pugs, but if like other cars, after removing the wheel, you prise off the dustcap, remove the splitpin, undo the (castle) nut, then slide off the drum (making sure the handbrake is off).

Make sure the car's well supported 'cos if a drum has not been off for a while it can require a good pull.

First off, buy a manual, read it, understand it, ask yourself "Have I got the tools to do this job" and then "Have I got all the parts that I might need or can I get them if they are needed" (there is no 'just popping into town to get something' if the car is immobile). Then ask yourself if you can spare the car if something goes wrong - if after all that, read the manual again, do the job, read the manual again to check that you haven't missed something.

Sorry to go on, but asking such a basic, simple, question suggests that you haven't done much work on cars before. If in any doubt do NOT touch, you only get one chance were brakes are concerned...

As to a 206, the grease cap can be a real bastard to remove and might need to be replaced, the hob nut needs to be replaced by a new nut each time it is used if it's a peened type [1] and lastly there is a slim possibility that the bearing might collapse and need replacing when the drum assembly is removed from the stub axle.

It's a simple job if you know what you are doing and know all the pit falls.

[1] this type of locking is were part of the nut is punched into a grove in the stub axle.

Especially if you do not release the brake shoe self adjuster for the handbrake. There should be a small hole in the drum into which a flat screwdriver should be inserted to release a ratchet type clip that ensures the brake shoes are maintained close to the drum even as they wear. Even with the handbrake fully released the shoes may have bedded in a bit and will require releasing this way.
