Cold start overfueling

I have Pierburg 1B2 carburetor: cold start overfueling problem. When the engine is warm, it seemsthat it is running OK, but on cold starts the engine shakes, blacksmoke comes out of the exhaust, ant I can smell petrol.I recently bought new waxstat - part No 75 above (coolant heated). Mycurrent solution is to block petrol flow to element 82 that tested badaccording to the my manual (and is electrically heated), and fixed openchoke flap (with electrically heated bimetal spring).I can do this since I only need to run on petrol for few minutes towarm up slightly, and then switch to LPG.I checked the gasket between upper and lower part of the carburetor,and it looks OK.But I would like to fix this. Any ideas what to test and how.

I checked, it's opened exactly 2 turns.

I guess that I'll have winter carburetor - Weber 32 ADF, and Pierburg

1B2 for summer :-))
